Move to Poland uses the information you share to understand your move, respond to your enquiry and coordinate the support you request. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@move-to-poland.com.
Your enquiry
When you send a form, we save your contact details, timing, requested support and the optional information you choose to include. Employer enquiries also contain the organisation, assignment and approximate arrival count. Your enquiry is private and available to the person reviewing your request. A successful submission displays a reference you can keep.
Please do not send identity documents, children’s names, employee names, medical information or other sensitive material through these forms. Your enquiry does not confirm a booking or payment. Scope, availability and price are agreed separately.
Drafts on your device
Your choices and unfinished brief are saved temporarily in this browser tab, so you can move between pages without starting again. Drafts expire after four hours and can be cleared from the form. Successful submission clears the form draft. Your privacy acknowledgement is never saved in a draft; nothing is submitted automatically.
Access, corrections and deletion
To request a copy, correction or deletion of an enquiry, email us from the address used to submit it and include the reference if available. We may need to confirm your identity before changing or disclosing a record. Enquiry records remain stored until removed. Signed-in members can download and delete their account records from their workspace. Signing out does not delete saved records.
Accounts, saved plans and community participation
Private account information
Sign-in provides an account identifier and email address. Saved plans, requests and support records are restricted to the relevant account and authorised service access. Household plan figures are private to your account. Budget ranges you choose to include in an enquiry are visible with that enquiry.
Saved plans contain the city, household counts, arrival month, budget amounts and preparation checks you enter. Support records contain the agreed scope, responsibility, cost, dates and progress. Self-reported preparation checks do not verify documents or determine residence, employment or tax eligibility.
Shared profiles
Sharing a community profile is optional. If you opt in, signed-in members can see your display name, city, country connection, stage, interests, languages, question and offer of help. Your email and household plan are not published. Withdrawing the connection request removes its shared profile.
People suggestions use shared language and city, an offer of help and a recently updated profile. These details are self-reported. A suggestion does not reserve a conversation or verify someone’s availability or professional expertise.
Community posts
Posts and replies require your publication consent and are reviewed before publication. Approved contributions can be read by visitors. Your email and account identifier are not published. Pending or declined posts are visible only to their author and the person reviewing them.
You can remove your contributions from the community board. Removing a thread also removes its replies. Published text may have been copied by readers, so keep personal and sensitive details out of posts. Moderation does not verify professional claims.
Optional usage information
Optional usage tracking is off by default. If you enable it, an account-linked event records use of the planner or scenario comparison, without budget amounts or a recording of your screen. There are no advertising trackers. Usage totals can be reviewed to improve the service.
Deleting records
Your workspace lets you download records, delete a saved plan, withdraw a request or delete your stored account data, including support records. Deletion removes records from this service; separately downloaded copies must be deleted by their holder.
Hosting and sign-in
The website uses Cloudflare-backed hosting and storage. Account sign-in is handled by the hosting platform; Move to Poland does not receive your sign-in password. Public pages can be visited without an account.
